All our goods are guaranteed two years from date of purchase, in accordance with the normal conditions of use following the instructions in the manual. Should the product have to be repaired during the warranty period, the repair will be carried out by our technicians, providing that the product has not been subjected to shock, falls, etc. The problem was not caused by misuse; the product has not attempted to be repaired by others; has not been altered in any way from its original condition.

On purchase you receive a receipt or invoice. This is an important document, so please keep it until the end of the warranty . Jewellery without a receipt or invoice are not considered under guarantee.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days. Contact our support center either by telephone or by e-mail. You will be given all the necessary instructions on how to deal with the issue. We promise to deal with your request as quickly as possible.

After you have communicated all the information on the purchase, you will be given the address where to send the item.
When isn't the item covered by the warranty?

The warranty begins from the date on the receipt. If a receipt is not provided the warranty is considered to be expired.
The warranty does not cover jewellery has been cleaned with aggressive or not adequate detergents.
Exchange or Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase on arrival, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange the item. What must you do? Go to our website. Once you are registered within your private area, access the order menu. In the order list, look for the order that you want to return and click the "Return" button. Select the product you want to return in the order. Select the cause of return within the drop-down menu. Select the type of refund: cash refund or exchange for another size or colour. If the return is a size change or colour change, select the correct size or colour from the drop-down menu that appears on the screen when you select the option. Click the "Confirm return" button to start the return process! Wait for a confirmation email that will explain the next steps.
